Trip Report | BC Chrome Steelhead

BC Chrome Steelhead | Just back from another epic week swinging flies for chrome bright British Columbia Steelhead with Nicholas Dean Outfitters. As you may know, many areas of the West Coast have experienced an early spring this year and Northern BC was no exception. Bright sunny days and cool nights were the rule, keeping the rivers in shape and making for comfortable fishing. We were joined by a great group this spring from California, Scotland, Utah, and Washington. Many fish were hooked on the swung fly with the largest scaling at just over 22 pounds! If you are interested in joining us next spring please be in touch as our rod days generally fill up fast.

For those of you who have interest in dry and sunk fly for summer Steelhead and Salmon we are pleased to offer a super opportunity to fish the might Skeena river near Terrace BC. We still have rods available for our Skeena Max program the last week of August 25-31. This is a great week for the mainstem Skeena with fish headed to all the upper tributaries. Our new program, 3 guests per guide, fishing on the lower, middle, and upper river, accommodations at Hidden Acres Farm & Treehouse Resort, great value at $3950.00 CDN ($2,960 USD) plus taxes/angler based on a 5 day/6 night trip.

Give us a ring or email if we can get you more info. Info@BonefishHawaii.com 888.234.2145
