It is even more uncommon to be completely sold on a product and then have the people behind it offer support to match their gear. I use a Power-pole Pro almost every day and this product rocks! I do not hesitate to drop this anchor wherever I need to; hard coral, big waves, high winds, and just about every other thrashing I could think of while guiding fly fisherman here in Hawaii. The anchor system has been more than up to the task after nearly grinding the anchor spike to a nub.
The kicker here is that I had a pretty significant customer service issue not purely related to the unit itself. Lenny at Power-Pole went above and beyond to take care of me and support the product. Thanks Power-Pole! I highly recommend this product to anyone boating in shallow water.
